IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
TO BOOK AN IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT SERVICE, A 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT, THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
A $10.00 late fee will be added to your balance if you are 15 minutes late. At 16+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Your appointment will be automatically canceled for the following reasons:
1. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THE CONFIRMATION TEXT SENT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DAY,
2. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES OR MORE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If you are not able to make it to your appointment, please notify me 24 hours prior so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This will not apply to same-day cancellation, no-call no-show, or client missing an appointment due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once. Any attempts after the first attempt will be voided.
