All orders are processed 7-22 business days (holidays not included) after the date of purchase.
Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes up to 3-5 business days to arrive.
All orders are shipped with USPS and signature confirmation is REQUIRED.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding HOLIDAYS.

PRE-ORDER
Preorders take a minimum of 16 business days and a maximum of 30 days. Please note that the turnaround time on completion is solely based on the number of orders I have ahead of yours and also whether or not I have a restock pending. If you need your wig to be shipped by a certain day, please consult with me first before making a purchase. You can have the wig you purchased customized, check the customization box if you want it customized. You can also specify your choice in the notes section at checkout.
UNITS ARE NOT READY TO SHIP UNLESS LISTED UNDER READY TO SHIP PAGE OTHERWISE.
MEASUREMENTS
Measurements for services that require them are YOUR responsibility. Making sure your hair is flat underneath your wig when taking measurements is very important.
